Richard David Ueckert

He is reunited with his parents; and his brothers, Howard Ueckert, Herman Ueckert and Daniel Ueckert.

Richard was a loving husband, father and grandfather. His family will cherish his memories forever. He will be remembered for always putting family first and making others laugh. He enjoyed life fishing the Corpus Christi Bay and his favorite pastime was spent gardening. He was a professional landscaper with Water Street downtown.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 35 beautiful years, Rosa Ueckert and their son, Ryan David Ueckert (Amanda); his legacy will live on through his three grandchildren, Kaleigh, Kaleb and Kaelin Ueckert. He is also survived by his siblings, Emilio Crawford (Elsa), William F. Ueckert Jr. (Dolores), Leila Montes, Terry Ueckert (Paula); and his very dear niece, Stephanie Contreras.

Family will receive friends for a Celebration of Richard’s life on Thursday, January 11th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home in the Chapel.
