She was born on May 27, 1949 in Robstown, TX.
Rita was a longtime employee of TX employment commission, a member of The Women’s Club at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church and a volunteer at San Rafael Nursing Home.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bruno F. Villarreal; brother, David; mother, Clara Villagran; sister in law, Mary Villagran and niece, Jacqueline Villagran.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 5, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
