Rogelio C. Rodriguez

Rogelio C. Rodriguez (Rollo – Honey), age 84 from Corpus Christi, TX. went to be with our Lord on Friday, May 13, 2016. He was born on May 2, 1932 in Runge, TX. Roger married the love of his life, Mary Esther on November 24, 1955 and were married for 60 years. Roger retired from H.E.B. after 41 years as the printing supervisor. Roger’s favorite hobbies were playing golf and dancing with Mary, his soul mate.

Roger was a parishioner and usher of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Lino & Agueda Rodriguez and his sister, Marcela Garza. Roger is survived by his wife, Mary Esther Rodriguez, his three sons, Roger Rodriguez II; David (Kim) Rodriguez; Roland (Rachel) Rodriguez; his daughter, Terry Lugo; his grandchildren, Roger III, Stacy, Adam and Christopher Rodriguez; Elizabeth (Johnny) Roberts; Crystal (Abram) Torres; Valerie (Lupe) Molina; Gabriel Morin, Jessie and Anna Hernandez; eight great-grandchildren and his sisters, Lupe Castillo and Olivia Rodriguez.

Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Rosehill Memorial Park.
