Roselie Grande Cruz

Roselie was a school teacher who taught at West Oso Independent School District for 30 years.

She enjoyed teaching and mentoring children.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ben Gande Sr. and sister Betty Jean Grande Nesmith.

She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Roland Cruz, children Roy Anthony Cruz (Evon Guzman), Angela Rose Cruz (Jeremy David Buller), Rey Garza; siblings, Ben Grande Jr. and Tommie Ann Grande Cantu (Elijio); grandchildren, Anthony R. Cruz, Roselie Y. Cruz, Amber R. Diaz, Jacob N. Peña, Joshua N. Peña, Benjamin A. Cruz and Christopher A. Cruz, nieces and nephews, Rozella Cantu, Kimberly Grande-Perez, Roque Cantu, Charlene Nesmith, Raymond Nesmith III and Melanie Nesmith-Lawing.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same night at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 2, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
