Ruben’s favorite quote was “God is good” Anyone who knew Ruben knew he was a man of God with a Servants heart.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of forty-five years Aurora; his children, Aaron Rivera (Jennifer), Ray Rivera, Steven Rivera (Tabitha), Maria Harless (John), Tina Saenz (Eric) and Crystal Blount (Chris). He will also be dearly missed by fourteen grandchildren and 9 brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel. Visitation will continue at 12:00 p.m. and a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Church of Acts, 3811 Carroll Lane, Monday, March 19, 2012. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
