It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sylvia Elbia Aleman of Corpus Christi, TX on March 9, 2025. Sylvia was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.She was a homemaker and devoted member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Homero & Ofelia Ramirez; husband, Joe Aleman Jr.; son, Gilbert Aleman; brother, Homero Jr.; and sister, Esmeralda “Millie” Torres.
Sylvia is survived by her children, Joe Aleman III, Richard (Jeannette) Aleman, Jimmy (Maxine) Aleman David Isaac Aleman, and Jerome Aleman; sister, Edna Colmenero; grandchildren, Richard "Ricky", Brandon Edward, and Anastasia.
A public visitation for Sylvia will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 at 12:30 pm; with a holy rosary to be recited at 1:30. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm with interment immediately following. All services to be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78415
