She is preceded in death by her father, Joe Lerma “Chachito”; sister, Belia Lerma and her son, Joe M. Lerma.
Sylvia is survived by her sons, John A. Lerma and Randy Galvan Jr.; mother, Estefana Orta; step-father, Jesse Guerra; sister, Delia Rivera; brother-in-law, Michael Rivera; three nephews, Martin, Nick and Timothy Trevino; one niece, Lucinda Trevino; three grandchildren, Jordan, Jesse and Michelle Galvan and a very special friend, Andy Garza.
Visitation will be at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a Chapel service to be held at 2:00 pm. Services will conclude in the chapel.
