

Ann Marie Fisher, 91, of Coshocton, died on Sunday November 22, 2015. She was born on March 16, 1924 in Philadelphia, PA to the late James E. and Mary B. (Hearne) McGuire. She was a 1942 graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic Girls High School.
Ann was a member of Sacred Heart Church where in her earlier years she had been a Sacristan and also volunteered in the school library and cafeteria. She remained a member of the Bread of Life Prayer Group for many years and also was a charter member of the Bereavement Committee of the church.
Ann retired in December of 1993 from Hopewell Industries where she was employed as an accounts clerk for almost 17 years. She is survived by four children: Dewey D. Fisher Jr. (Diane) of Worthington, OH, James E. Fisher of Erlanger, KY, Deborah M Fisher of Coshocton and Rose Marie (Gregory) Kostenko of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada; six grandchildren: Tarah (Diego), Natalie and Alexandria Kostenko (Colin) of Canada and Christopher, Brittany and Tiffany Fisher of Erlanger, KY; one great-grandchild, Mattias of Canada; one brother, Joseph (Patricia) McGuire of Wayne, PA, many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: John and James McGuire; infant brother Joseph, four sisters: Mary, Margaret & Rose McGuire, Elizabeth (McGuire) Scherzinger, brother-in-law Robert Scherzinger and two sisters-in-law: Anne and Alice McGuire. She was also preceded in death by her former husband Dewey D. Fisher Sr.
The Mass of the Resurrection will take place Friday, December 4, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. According to Ann’s wishes, she will be cremated and burial will take at Prairie Chapel Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, contributions may be made to the Sacred Heart Church, 805 Main St. Coshocton, OH 43812.
The Fisher & Kostenko families wish to express their heartfelt thanks for the exceptional and loving care Ann received from Coshocton City Home Health Agency, Mt. Carmel Cardiovascular, Family Physicians and staff, Coshocton Memorial Hospital staff and friends and family.
As well, Mom appreciated the many thoughts, prayers & visits from loved ones. God Bless & HUGS to each and every one.
She was the thread that tied us together and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Following Mass, there will be a reception at the Knights of Columbus.
