

George “Wes” Wesley Henglein, age 80, of Coshocton, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013, in Zanesville, Ohio. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 11, 1932, to the late George and Anna Marie (Lindner) Henglein.
He graduated from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh with an Accounting Degree. Wes was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Korean War. He worked as a Credit Manager for Universal Cyclops Steel in Pittsburgh, PA and Crucible Steel in Midland, PA and retired from AK Steel in Coshocton, OH.
On March 18, 1978, Wes married June (Rogers) Henglein, who preceded him in death on June 3, 2008. Wes was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Coshocton. He loved to golf and was a member of the Coshocton Town and Country Club, serving as the former Treasurer. Wes enjoyed going out to eat, watching ballgames, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, and loved spending time with his friends. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Beth Schroeder (John) Rotella of Reno, NV; two grandchildren, Laura Rotella of Alexandria, VA and Melissa Rotella of Centerville, VA; special friends and caregivers, Cindy Ashley an Jennifer Vandiver of Fresno; close friends, Dwyane Tuthill of Pittsburgh, PA, Don Diskin of Pittsburgh, PA, and Bob Ogdon of Ashland, OH; neighbors, Paul and Nona Berns; and many other good friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at 1:00 pm at Trinity Episcopal Church, 705 Main St. Coshocton, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Wes and June’s name to the American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312 or to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, NY 10305.
June Henglein's Obituary-
June R. Henglein, age 74, of Coshocton, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at Autumn Health Care Center following a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s disease. She was born on June 16, 1933, in Pittsburgh, PA., to the late David T. and Alice Duval Rogers.
She was an office manager for a dental practice in Pittsburgh for more than 20 years. On March 18, 1978, she married George Wesley Henglein, who survives.
She is also survived by her daughter, Beth (John) Rotella of Reno NV; two granddaughters, Laura Rotella and Melissa Rotella; a sister, Joyce (Jim) Smith of New Boston, NH; a niece, Sarah Hickey of Alexandria, VA; and a special friend, Jennifer Vandiver of Roscoe Village.
A memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Trinity Episcopal Church, 705 Main St., Coshocton, Ohio. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made in June’s name to Health Service of Coshocton County (Hospice), 230 S. 4th St., Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
