

Natalie was born on October 2, 1932 in Coshocton, OH to the late Norman and Rachel (Wells) Lewis. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s degree and went on to work as Director of Nursing at the Lafayette Care Center, where she retired in 1983. On June 25, 1955, Natalie married Harold Ott, who preceded her in death. Natalie was a member of the West Lafayette United Methodist Church for many years. She was also a member of the West Lafayette Choir, the Junior Guild, and the Roscoe Quilting Association. Natalie loved music and she was an avid doll collector. She enjoyed reading, gardening, quilting, and spinning wool. She was also very family-oriented; her family meant everything to her.
Natalie is survived by her five children, Robin Camacho (Joe Johnson) of Daytona Beach, FL, Lori Ott (Scott Schulte) of Hamilton, Paul (Patty) of Hamilton, Karen Bantum (Dave Lacombe) of Stuart, FL, and Mark (Julie) of Nellie, 16 grandchildren, Shelby and Logan Johnson, Sean and Rachel Jones, Samantha Burkhart, Megan Schulte, Christy, Kate, and Elizabeth Ott, Jason and Josh (Lindsey) Bantum, Davis and Dayne Lacombe, and Daniel, Lane, and Conner Ott, two great-grandchildren, Wyatt Bantum and Eden Burkhart, and her brother Hugh (Patty) Lewis.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the West Lafayette United Methodist Church Sanctuary. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Dan Eggan officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery.
