Elvin Levi Sharpe, age 90, passed away May 17th, 2014. He was born in Harlan, Kentucky on August 9th, 1923; the son of Dewey and Mary Sharpe. Elvin was a rocket parts designer and tool and die maker. Loving father of Tami (John) Kistler. Adoring grandfather of Brandijo Kistler. Dear brother of Jeanette Hansard, Elwood (Gerri) Sharpe and the late Verlin (Delta) Sharpe, Edna Gibson and Eula Bullard. Loving uncle of Allison Hickman, Penny Bowers and Bert Jr. Service will be held Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 9:00am at Harbor Lawn-Mt. Olive Memorial Park & Mortuary, 1625 Gisler Ave., Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Rev. Randy will officiate. He will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Park & Mortuary, 13017 Lopez Canyon Rd. Sylmar, CA 91342.
