Francis Joseph Fernandez

Francis “Frankie” Fernandez passed away on February 10, 2023. He was born on September 20, 1988 to James and Martha Fernandez in Oxnard, CA and grew up between Orange County and Camarillo. Frankie was a hard worker who spent the last 10 years as a traveling industrial painter, which took him all across the United States from Georgia to Pennsylvania, Iowa, Wyoming and more. Frankie was always the funniest person anywhere he went. Happy and jovial, he was always making jokes with his friends and family and his big smile would light up the whole room. He was a good guy who was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who asked. He had very strong family values as shown when he voluntarily took time off from his career to help his 102 year old grandfather and continued to help his aunt Dee in their time of need. He had a love for video games, Marvel, golf, and his fantasy football teams which he would always remind everyone when he was winning. He also loved to spend time with his youngest sister who was his best buddy. He is survived by his parents and his four siblings James, Deanna, Christina and Alice. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration of life for Frankie will be held on Saturday, March 4 in a private reception with friends and family.
