Pauline Richardson

August 23, 1926 – June 7, 2013

Pauline passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday June 7th, 2013 at age 86. Awaiting her in heaven are her parents Donat “Danny” and Gertrude Bordeleau and her beloved son Peter A. Richardson.

Pauline is survived by her husband Capt. Donald F. Richardson, USMC Retired, her sons/daughters in-law, Bruce and Charlene Richardson, Dana and Tonya Richardson, 6 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.

Pauline married the love of her life, Donald on January 19, 1946 whom she supported, cared for, and loved until her passing.

She was a dedicated, loving mother to her three sons always striving to support

each ones individual creativity and personality.

Pauline was also an accomplished seamstress. Her love of sewing began by making clothes for her baby dolls at a very young age. She made clothes for herself, her children, grand children, and eventually worked as a dress and bridal seamstress in her own shop in Newport Beach. Her creativity can be

admired in the many quilts, dolls, paintings, ceramics, and hand woven items she enjoyed creating for family, friends, and businesses.
