Barbara Mary Newbold (nee Higgins) went out with grace and style.
After a short but hard fought battle with cancer she passed away gracefully on the 29th June, 2017 under a beautiful starlit sky. Her children by her side.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband Alan Newbold and then her life partner Hans Kroemer. Barbara is survived by her children: Graham Newbold, Katherine Zwarich and Patricia Newbold as well as her 20 grandchildren and great grandchildren. The clan includes grandchildren Shanna Morrow, Samantha Berner, Robert Grenier, Charity Chwok, Kaitlyn Zwarich, Chelsea Zwarich, Alana Newbold and Saxon Newbold followed by the great grandchildren Brady Newbold, Madason. Brian and, Mathew Morrow, Mya Berner, Ethan, Kendra, Joel and Nolan Grenier, Emily and Logan Chwok with one more bundle of joy (Alana) expected in September.
A Celebration of Life will take place on July 8th 2017 between 2 and 4 PM at 888 (Komox) Wing RCAFA 1298 Military Row Comox, BC.
