I would also like to thank the serving staff at Quality Foods Restaurant for making breakfast so much fun for my mom, they always went above and beyond.
In 23 years mom and me (john Collins), well we had a lot of adventures. I can’t count the many garage sales we went to and had. The deals at the flea markets. We had a lot of fun making something out of nothing. It didn’t cost a lot and it was so much fun for the both of us because we did it together.
Mom had a very good friend Val who loved going shopping together for clothes etc. Mom never had to look for work, they called her. She worked at the Mayfair Grill in Courtenay and ran her own restaurant in the Cumberland Hotel. Mom was a good worker and my best friend. I will say one more thing. There isn’t enough stars in the sky or the rarest jewel that could hold a candle to my mom
