A letter with love from Joyce
I would like to thank my family (Susan & Rod) for taking me in like a stray dog I had my own room which kept me out of their hair and gave me privacy. Also thanks to Dr. W and his staff, particularly Carolyn & Jenny for their care.
I enjoyed working in the gardens and tending to the turkeys and chickens collecting eggs. This kept me alive for longer than expected. I never gave enough hugs or said how much I loved you all.
All my love to Tom (Kathy), Susan (Rod), grandchildren: John, Tricia (Shane), Lisa (Rick), Craig (Shannon) & Jessica; great-grandchildren: Paige, Lucas, Jackson, Sonny, Kyan & Rielle, and all my bowling friends.
When I leave I’ll be either up or down. I will try and sleep (being Canada Day) but that won’t happen where ever I am I will hear you all.
Doctor’s said I was a miracle but I think he was. Hope to make it to January- MADE IT!!
