Kyle Adrian Higgins

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our son, Kyle on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011 in Courtenay. Kyle will be sadly missed by his parents Lynn and Gary Green and Rob and Marian Higgins, Sister Kim Falconer (Kevin) and Brother Nathan, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and many friends. Kyle had recently relocated to Courtenay and was happily employed with Quality Foods and immediately made friends with co-workers and management. He enjoyed his daily workout, cycling and teasing the neighborhood kids. His greatest gift was his wonderful smile that melted hearts and his ability to make people laugh. Kyle has left us in presence but his infectious smile is firmly planted in the hearts and minds of all who knew and loved him.

A viewing will be held from 3:00 - 4:00pm at Piercy's Mt Washington Funeral Home in Courtenay on Wednesday, August 31 and from 3:00 - 5:00pm on Friday, September 2nd, 2011 at First Memorial Funeral Home, 4725 Falaise Dr. Victoria. A celebration of Kyle's life will be held at 1:00 pm on September 7th, 2011 at the Salvation Army Citadel, 4030 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC.
