Norm moved to Vancouver in 1935. Upon graduation he served in the RCAF from 1943 – 1945. He joined the Vancouver Police Department and served from 1952 – 1968. He then retired from the department of Highways in 1988 and moved to Vancouver Island.
He was predeceased by parents William S. Robinson and Rose Aveline, Sister Dorothy and Brothers Bruce and Bill.
He is survived by loving wife Dawn and daughter Shannon Schirrmacher (Curtis) and many other relatives.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday April 2nd at 2:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church 467 – 4th St. Courtenay.
