Mr. and Mrs. Van der luit were both very kind, warm, and welcoming to us on Sunday mornings during our years at St. Paul's.  There was always a smile, a welcome, and some kind words shared.  Thank you both for helping us feel like we belonged.  I am so very sorry for you loss.  That corner of the church will seem somewhat empty.  Our sympathies to the entire family on the loss of a loving man.

We were sorry to learn about Jan. Jan had Ray as an apprentice in GM. The old Ford he purchased from Ray many years ago. Ray always remarked about how he was always learning from Jan. Jan even recommended our building contractor, John Van Luling. We are still in the same house -over 50 years on Nov,22nd. This fall we met Jan at the grocery store in Oshawa. We had a good visit that day as we always did every time we met. Even though we are currently  in Arizona, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
