Eugene C. Stubbs, age 68, passed away on June 13, 2014 in West Covina, California. He was born on June 15, 1945 in California. He was a Police Sergeant and lived in the area his whole life. He is survived by his wife Mary A. Voss-Stubbs, his sons Kyle Stubbs and Michael Stubbs, his sisters Sharon Castro and Teresa Morales.
