Angela Cavaretta Wilson

Angela Cavaretta Wilson passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday morning, April 8, 2021 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was 58 years old. Beloved wife of Michael Wilson of over 32 years. Loving mother of Joshua Wilson, Joseph Wilson, Amanda Wilson Enk (James), Mary Wilson, Anna Wilson, and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Wilson. Grandmother of ChloeAnne Enk and Natalie Enk. Daughter of Geraldine “Geri” and the late Angelo Cavaretta. Sister of Kevin Cavaretta (Cindy), Karl Cavaretta, Gina Bounds (Mike), and the late Keith Cavaretta. Angela was a native of Folsom and had recently returned to St. Tammany Parish after residing in Mobile, Alabama for many years. She was a graduate of Covington High School and attended Southeastern Louisiana University. She received a B.S. in Health from Louisiana State University. She briefly worked for the Heart and Fitness Center in Baton Rouge, and devoted her life to caring, loving, and educating her family. Angela and her family were faithful parishioners of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was loved greatly and will be incredibly missed by many. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at MOST HOLY TRINITY, 501 Holy Trinity Drive, Covington, on Monday afternoon, April 12, 2021 at 1:30. Visitation will begin in church at 10:30 in the morning. Interment will follow in the adjacent St. Lazarus of Bethany Memorial Garden.
