Emily Ann Marsh Trosclair

Emily is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Carlton James Trosclair; her children Melissa Marion Bales (Art), Michelle Elizabeth Mackellar (Pat), Carlton Jude Trosclair (Ashley) and grandchildren Maria, Teresa, Katerina, Gabriel, Angelina, Lilia, Robert, Cecilia, Agnes, Lucia, and Margaret Bales; Sister Agnes Rose, Anna, and Zachary Mackellar. She is also survived by her sister Joan Marchetta and brother-in-law Bill Marchetta.

Emily is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Marion Marsh.

Emily was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Later in life, Emily earned her Associate’s Degree in interior design and worked for Marriott Corporation.

A wake will be held at Grace Funeral Home, 450 Holy Trinity Drive, Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM, followed by a Rosary beginning at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 125 E 19th Ave, Covington, LA 70433 at 9:00 AM until the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow the services in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Emily may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia, Nashville.
