Linda Gail Valora passed away March 3, 2026, in Steamboat Springs, CO. She was born July 5, 1950, in Flippin, Arkansas, to Bill and Audra Hodges. Her parents both preceded her in death. Her husband, Lyle Valora, of forty-nine years, also preceded her in death as well as her granddaughter Kaitin Miller and great-grandson Kaleb Barrett. She is survived by her sister Gina Hodges Wheeler, her daughters Lyla Backes (husband Randy), and Leah Barrett (husband Jim) of Hayden, CO. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Kevin (Natalie) Miller, Kirsten (Kyle) Bond, Kyle (Miranda) Barrett, Kolton (Amelia) Miller, Cutter (Kaitlyn) Barrett, Kaedance Backes, Hailie Backes and 5 great-grandchildren. And countless others that claimed her as Aunt Gail, Nannie Gail, called her “sister” and friend. We will celebrate a life well lived March 21, 2026 at the Hayden Center Auditorium at 11:00 a.m., in Hayden, CO, everyone is welcome.
