

Born May 27, 1936 in Farina to Leonard Jenkins and Maxine E. Neeper, she first married Thomas M. Stanfill whom she had three children with. She then married William R. “Billy” Hicks on September 7th 1973.
Surviving are two daughters, Joy (Rick) Pyron of East Peoria, Jan Ujinski of Creve Coeur; one son, Marty Stanfill of Lexington Tennessee; six grandchildren, Jessica (Jeff), Nathan, Jennifer (Mike), Alexis (Jason), Andrew, Caleb; 8 great-grandchildren, Gavin, Dayne, Arianna, Kinley, Brianna, Grace, Maggie, Charlie Mae; two brothers, Jay Swearingen, Terry (Nancy) Swearingen; two sisters, Lynn (Richie) Stroud, Kay (Denny) Stear and a beloved dog Waylon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one brother, Ronnie and son-in-law, Jon Ujinski.
Madonna was a member of Creve Coeur Christian Church.
A loving mother and grandmother that loved spending time with her family and dog, Madonna enjoyed shopping with her daughters, granddaughters, country music and dancing.
She had worked as a security officer for Pinkerton for 20 years.
Private entombment will be held at American Mausoleum in Peoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tazewell Animal Protective Society, 100 TAPS Lane, Pekin, IL 61554 or to St Jude Midwest Affiliate, 530 Northeast Glen Oak Avenue, Peoria, IL 61637.
