Ricky Jay McMahon

Born December 1, 1958 in Peoria, he was the son of Arthur Ross and Diana Jean (Brown) McMahon.

Surviving are his father, Art (Linda Wilson) McMahon of East Peoria; one brother, Nick McMahon of Creve Coeur; one sister, Shelly Casper of Washburn; one half-brother, David (Sarah) McMahon of Dallas, Texas; three half-sisters, Lisa McMahon of East Peoria, Kandy (Trent) Goughnour of Bloomington and Kelly (Mike) Dixon of Springfield; many nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews, whom he dearly loved.

His mother and one brother, James Clifford McMahon preceded him in death.

Rick retired in 2019 from Burklund Distributors, Inc. in East Peoria for 17 years. He formerly had worked as a chef and was an excellent cook, enjoyed being with family, playing cards and watching Jeopardy.

His passion was his dogs, Atlas and Peppy.

No funeral service or visitation are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
