Janice Marie Cochran

Janice Marie Cochran, age 83, of Charleston, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. She was born July 25, 1939 in Rupert, the daughter of Dillard and Mary Louise Carr. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Dillard Carr, Jr., Don, and James Carr, and sister, Audrey Zopp. Janice was formerly employed with Drug Emporium, Kanawha City. A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister that will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children, Tammy Johnson (Jerry), of Cross Lanes, Mike Cochran (Jerriann), of Bloomingrose, grandchildren, Jeremy Johnson (Nikki), of Cross Lanes, Emily Cochran, of Nashville, TN, Kristen Cochran, of Huntington, and Megan Cochran of Bloomingrose, great grandchildren, Bryson Johnson, Ezra Johnson, and Randall Jackson, all of Cross Lanes. Celebration of Janice's life will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday March 18, 2023 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home with Mr. Larry White officiating. Entombment will follow in Tyler Mt. Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
