Joan Caroline Brown, 88, of St. Albans, passed away September 13, 2018, at her home. Memorial Service will be held Sunday, October 21, at St. Timothy's in the Valley Episcopal Church. Because of her love for animals, the family requests donations be made to New Hope Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 461, Scott Depot, WV 25560.
