

Nellie Lewis Frazier went home to be with the Lord in her heavenly home on her 88th birthday, January 2, 2015, after a short illness. She was born January 2, 1927. She was surrounded by her family in prayer as she left this world behind. Nellie was a Christian and member of Grace Church of the Nazarene in South Charleston, WV. Nellie was a tremendous homemaker and caregiver. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. Nellie is survived by those who will miss her greatly; her son Dennis C. Lewis, daughters M. Elaine Casto, Mary L. Long; daughter-in-law Alma L. Lewis. Grandchildren John E. Long, Jan E. Ferrell, Jill L. Miller, Andrew D. Lewis and Joshua S. Bradshaw. Great-grandchildren Corie Miller, Katie Long, Danielle Ferrell and Darin Ferrell. Great granddaughter-in-law Jennifer Miller. Great-great grandchildren Maverick S. Miller and Beckett C. Miller as well as a host of family and friends. Nellie was preceded in death by her parents James and Emma Hambrick, loving and devoted husbands, Dennis Clark Lewis and Walter Manning Frazier. Grandsons David Scott Casto and Brandon M. Bradshaw, Great- grandsons Sean A. Miller and Daniel C. Ferrell, siblings Oscar Hambrick, Beulah Vanlinde, Helen Blizzard, Hazel Buckner, Grace Sizemore, Gladys Scott, Ann Thomas, Fred Hambrick , Junior Hambrick and Bill Hambrick. The funeral service will be held at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Rd, Cross Lanes, WV 25313, Monday, January 5, 2015 at 3:00 PM. Reverend Charles Goddard will officiate the celebration of Nellie’s life. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
