Paul Henderson Watkins, 90, of Poca, WV, passed away January 31, 2018. He was born the son of the late Pryce and Alice Ellis Watkins, also preceding him in death was his brother’s Pryce; William and James; sister Helen Mitchell his niece Patricia Mitchell and nephew Dr. William Watkins. Surviving are son’s Andre Watkins; Kerry Smith and his daughter Connie Smith; grandson’s Roy (Kathy) Smith; Kerry Smith Jr. and granddaughter Charlotte Wooten. He retired from the US Postal service after 35 years. Services will be scheduled at a later date. Tyler Mountain Funeral Home is assisting the Watkins family.
