

Peggy was born on December 31, 1919 in Detroit, MI to the late John Gill Page, Sr. and Margaret Sauls. She attended the University of Alabama. She married the late John Francis Marron on December 13, 1944 who predeceased her on January 10, 2003. Having lived in Harrison, NY for over 58 years, she worked as the Cafeteria Manager for the Harrison School District from 1964-1981. Among her many interests, Peggy was a longtime congregant of the Salem Baptist Church in New Rochelle, member of Delta Zeta Sorority and member of the Train Collectors Association with her founding member husband.
She is survived by her loving daughters; Margaret Page Bookstein and husband Michael, Kaye Marron and husband Sanford Faden, Cathy Marron and husband Michael Tripicco; adoring grandchildren, Michele Bookstein Hermann, Julie Esca Escobar, Raegan Esca, Emily Esca, Benjamin Faden, Carol Faden Berkow, Melissa Tripicco. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2014 from 5-8 pm at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 4th also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Peggy's name should be made to the Alzheimer's Association Walk - Please make your check payable to the Alzheimer's Association and mail to: BRIGHTON GARDENS of COLUMBIA, 7110 Minstrel Way, Columbia, MD 21045.
