Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Road, Montrose, NY 10548. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A burial following funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM.
Richard will be laid to rest in St Augustine Cemetery, Hawkes Ave, Ossining, New York 10562.
