Rosa Costantini

Rosa was born on November 12, 1907 in Supino, Italy to Gionbatista and Filomena Tomei. In November of 1939 she moved to Croton-on-Hudson where she was a homemaker. She was an active parishioner of Holy Name of Mary Church.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 68 years, Nazzareno Costantini, her son, John Costantini and her daughter, Benedetta Costantini. She was also predeceased by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Rosa is survived by her loving daughters, Silvia Costantini of Croton-on-Hudson and Ida Wahl of Schoharie, NY; 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013 and Tuesday, June 25, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 26th at Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton. Entombment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Mausoleum in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
