Christopher L. O'Malley

He was born July 30, 1987 in McHenry to Dennis and Loretta (Leone) O’Malley. Chris was a chef and loved to cook for everyone. He was artistic, expressing himself through painting and music. He also loved playing Frisbee golf. His family was very important to him and his heart was bigger than him.

Chris is survived by his parents, Dennis and Loretta; his brothers, Donn (Jeni) O’Malley and Doug Cameron; his nieces, Charlotte and Delilah; his grandmas, Anna O’Malley and Rose “Nana” Wiggins; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandpas, Donald G. O’Malley, Robert Wiggins, and Louis Leone, and his dog and best friend, Rocky.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8pm on Monday, June 16 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1pm on Tuesday, June 17 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.

Interment will be private.
