He was born June 18, 1971 in Pasadena, Texas to Diane (Hendricks) and Cleveland L. Wiggins Jr. On July 17, 2008 he married Diane Anderson in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Cleveland was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He was incredibly friendly and would make conversation with everyone. He was good at everything he did and was a great teacher. He had a great sense of a humor and enjoyed laughter. He touched the lives of everyone he met.
He is survived by his wife, Diane; his children, Liesa (20), Mac (19), Maggie (15), Miles (12), and Dylan (3); his grandson, Ryan(2) and one on the way; his parents, Cleveland and Diane; his sisters, Candice and Carol; and many extended family members and friends.
The visitation will be from 2 to 6pm on Sunday, April 14, at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The memorial service and military funeral honors will be at 5pm.
