Kurt W Milliman

Kurt W. Milliman, 48, of Prairie Grove died Sunday May 29, 2011. He was born January 31, 1963 in Park Ridge, Illinois to John and Lorraine (Stone) Milliman Sr. He was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and often organized charity rides. He was an entrepreneur starting many business’, was an insurance agent for Farmers Insurance, former employee with the McHenry County Sheriffs Office, and owner of the Dirty Hog Saloon in Island Lake.

He is survived by his mother Lorraine Montalbano, fiancée Karen Pratscher, children; Nicole (Dan Witczak) De Neve, Kassi De Neve, Joseph De Neve, granddaughter Kayla De Neve, sister Karyn (Dominick) Ross, Scott (Wendy) Milliman, nieces and nephews; Bob, Jenny, Jessica, Jon, Scott Jr, Dominick Jr, Tony, many extended family and a true friend to thousands. He is preceded in death by his father John Milliman Sr., step-father Philip Montalbano, and his brother John Milliman Jr.

Friends may visit from 10 am until 9 pm on Thursday June 2nd at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave. Crystal Lake. Visitation will continue from 10 am until the time of service at 11:30 am on Friday June 3rd at the funeral home. Pastor Ronald R. Pratscher will officiate. Cremation rites will be accorded. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
