He was born August 10, 1962 in Poland to Janusz and Krystyna (Rulewicz) Kalisz. He lived in the Chicago area for many years.
He is survived by his daughter, Paulina (Tomek Lis) Kalisz; his sons, Lukasz and Pawel Kalisz; his grandchildren, Gabriel and Oliver Lis; his parents, Janusz and Krystyna Kalisz; his brother, Peter (Edyta) Kalisz; his sisters, Eva (Slawek) Ciszewski and Dorota (Krzysztof Polrolnicza) Buza; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.
Visitation will be held from 9am to 10am on Saturday, September 7 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 111 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am. Inurnment will be at a later date.
