Michael "Mike" Dorrington

He was born March 30, 1959 in Chicago to Howard and Marianne Dorrington. He married Trish Heine on December 31, 2009.

Mike worked as a machinist for Northrop Grumman for 31 years. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His dog, Roxy, was his best friend and companion for 13 years. He was a devoted Cubs and Bears fan. He also loved nature, whether he was camping or watching the outdoors.

Mike is survived by his wife, Trish Dorrington; his children, Angel Sibenaller, Holly Greb, Michael Dorrington, and Crystal Bertolami; his step-children, Kristin Prybil and Shawn Prybil; his seven grandchildren; and his siblings, Frank Dorrington, Chuck Dorrington, Jenny Dorrington, and Ed Dorrington.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved dog, Jasmin.

There will be a visitation from 4 to 8pm on Monday, June 10 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. There will be a service at 7pm.

Interment will be private.
