He was born August 10, 1943 in Chicago to Anthony and Leona (Gaul) Snarski. On September 7, 1963 he married Dorothy Guzick in Chicago.
Tom loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and football, especially his Bears. He loved all of his dogs. Travelling was also a passion of his; he and his wife took many cruises.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Shirley Peschke, Kim Galanopoulos, and Donna (John) Borys; his grandchildren, Jessica (Jason) Leach, Jonathan Peschke, Brandon Borys, Zachary Galanopoulos, Jacob Peschke, Juliana Peschke, Ryan Borys, Joshua Peschke, and Joseph Peschke; and his mother, Leona Snarski.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Snarski.
Services were private for the family.
