He was born March 17, 1937, in Italy to Giovanni and Gioconda Fabbri. On March 26, 1960, he married his wife Dolores.
Vittorio had a love of family, learning, cooking and nature. Born to a large family in Florence, Italy, he moved to his wooded home in Woodstock over 40 years ago. Over several decades, Vittorio was a respected small business owner in Barrington and was a member of the Rotary Club. His love of children led him to coach soccer and provide translation services for families of autistic children seeking help in the United States. Vittorio always saw the best in people and believed in the magic of ordinary events.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores; daughter, Victoria (Mark) Stach; his grandchildren, Julia and Carolyn; his sister, Anna (Piergiorgio) Desideri, and her son, Umberto (Roberta) Desideri; and his sister, Marisa DiSanti; his sister-in-law, Lucille Jerzak; and many other close family members in Italy.
