Brandon was a hardworking man whose life revolved around faith, family, and work. The oldest of five children, he grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and worked on cars his entire life. He continued the legacy of Harbison Tire & Auto Service, founded in 1960 by his father.
For Brandon, his shop was a form of ministry. He never missed an opportunity to share his faith and was known for always carrying a prayer coin or a cross in his pocket to give away. Described by his family as “Mr. Congeniality” and “Mr. Personality,” he never met a stranger and had a way of making everyone feel welcome.
Outside of work, Brandon found his greatest peace on his farm. He loved the land, the animals, and the simple, honest labor that came with caring for it. The farm was more than a place to work—it was where he felt closest to God and family. He treasured time spent there, whether tending to daily chores, fixing what needed fixing, or simply enjoying the quiet.
At the center of Brandon’s life was his wife, whom he loved deeply. She was his partner, his support, and his steady companion through every season of life. Their bond was built on faith, devotion, and shared values, and his love for her was evident in both word and action. Family meant everything to Brandon, and his role as a husband was one he cherished with pride and gratitude.
Brandon also took great joy in his grandchildren and cherished the time he spent with them. His calm presence, patience, and steady love left a lasting impression that will continue to be felt for years to come.
Brandon was generous with both his time and his resources. He was charitable, kindhearted, and always willing to help others. He touched the lives of countless people throughout his life and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
The family will receive friends Friday December 19, 2025 at Bethany Baptist Church (CR-201) during a visitation from 10:30 AM until the service time at 12:00 PM. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Moss Service Funeral Home directing.
