Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Robert Earl Ousley; brother Robert Keith Ousley; and sisters Robin Lynn Ousley and Rhonda Gay Ousley. Barbara is survived by her son Robert Alan (Stephanie) Ousley; granddaughter Alisha Ousley; and grandsons Robert Earl Bircheat and Kenneth Ira Bircheat.
A graveside service will be held at Valhalla Cemetery 839 Wilkes Rd, Birmingham, AL 35228 Monday March 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Moss Service Funeral Home directing.
