Bart was preceded in death by his parents: Eddie & Debbie Bice; and his grandfather, Willie Franklin Phillips Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Rachael Bice: Daughters: Ally Bice & Macy Bice; son, Cody Bice; sister, Kim Mattox (Jimmy); brother, Eric Bice (Jennifer) and grandmother, Mary Lou Phillips.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Moss Service Funeral from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The celebration of his life will be Sunday, May 1, 2016 at 2:00pm at Moss Service Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hopewell Cemetery.
