She attended Cullman High school; later going to Wallace Community College and worked many years at Pressac industries as a Supervisor.
She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Otten and her husband, Eric; sister, Barbara Witcher; brother, Larry Hyde; grandchildren are Devin Cranford, Patrick Otten and Emily Cooke; and a great grandchild, Penelope Trapp.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jane (Stewart), her father, John Hyde; sister, Joyce Holmes and son, Brent Cooke.
She will be interred at a later date at Mount Zion Cemetery.
