Mr. Billy Joe Haynes

Funeral Services for Mr. Billy Joe Haynes, age 74 of Hanceville, will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Vernon Alvis officiating. Interment will follow at Bangor Baptist Cemetery.

Mr. Haynes passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at Hanceville Nursing Home. He was born on March 27, 1937 in Hayden to the late Elijah and Audrea Haynes. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Bangor, and was a Dairy Farmer all his working life.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two wives, Shirley Faye Cook and Patricia Haynes; three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his three 3 – Daughters – Donna Haynes, Anita Haynes and Deborah (Ken) Beasley; one Brother – Leonard Haynes; four 4 – Grandchildren – Rocky (Sharon) Isbell, Jessica (William) Hall, Jerrard Weissend and Adam Ray (Ashley) Beasley; and one Great-Granddaughter – Nevaeh Isbell; and a Host of Nieces & Nephews.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
