Clayburn "Clay" Giles Glasscock

Mr. Clayburn “Clay” Giles Glasscock of Cullman Alabama passed away on September 4, 2013 at his residence at the age of 33. He was born in Decatur Alabama on June 7, 1980 and was a veteran of The United States Navy. He is preceded in death by: Grandparents: Albert Mayhall and Hubert A. Giles.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Eastside Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Ken Allen and Rev. Bob Blackwell officiating. Mr. Glasscock will lie in state for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Catholic Cemetery.

Survivors are: Mother: Jo Glasscock Kreps and Step-Father: Rickey Kreps, Father: Don W. Glasscock and Step-Mother: Ruby Glasscock, Step-Sisters: Jennifer Kreps (Kenneth) Cupp, Sherry (Chris) Lucas, Step-Brothers: Ben Kreps, Jonathan (Relinda) Harbison, Grandparents: J.D. and Ruby Glasscock, Margaret Mayhall, Mae Giles, Aunts and Uncles: Dale (Vickie) Pettit, Tommy (Sharron) Green, James (Julie) Giles, Eddie (Darlene) Glasscock, Jerry (Pat) Scott. Special Cousin: Jonathan Glasscock and several other cousins.

Pallbearers will be: Chris Lucas, Jonathan Glasscock, Jeremy Scott, Brian Scott, Dale Pettit, Ben Kreps, Kenneth Cupp. Honorary Pallbearers: Harry Carden, Bill Thigpen, Aaron Washburn, Heath Meherg and Rodney Kreps.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to: Foundry Farm @ 575 Co. Rd. 1676, Cullman Alabama 35058 or to Desperation Church Building Fund @ 202 Elizabeth Street Cullman, Alabama 35055.

Visitation will be at Moss Funeral Home on Friday, September 6, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
