Mrs. Dean Johnson Evans of Cullman Alabama passed away on May 10, 2014 at Cullman Regional Medical Center at the age of 75. She was born in Cullman on December 4, 1938 to James Frank and Callie Johnson. She is preceded in death by her parents and Husband: Don Evans.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Billy Wooten officiating. Interment in Bethlehem West Cemetery.
Survivors are: 1 Daughter: Diane Mead, 2 Sons: Donnie Evans, Danny Evans, 2 Sisters: Marthell White, Margie Woodall, 3 Brothers: Dwight Johnson, Ulas Johnson, Fred Johnson, 5 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Moss Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
