Mr. Jack Simion Hammock

Funeral Services for Mr. Jack S. Hammock, age 83 formerly of Cullman, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2012 in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Cullman Memory Gardens, with Rev. Randy Sellers officiating.

Mr. Hammock was born on November 11, 1928 in Cullman to the late Joseph M. and Emma Mae Hamrick Hammock. He passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Barberton Hospital in Akron, Ohio.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Eddie Glenn Hammock and several siblings.

Survivors include - Wife of 63 Years - Montez Collier Hammock; 2 - Daughters - Joyce (Audie) Mitchell and Shirley (Donald) Repp; one Son - David Hammock; eleven 11 - Grandchildren - Chrissy, Audie, Jr., Jonathan, Jennifer, Jessica, Shane, Crystal, Heather, Tiffany, Jeremy and Danny; and 13 - Great-Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
