Funeral services will be on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. David Chambers officiating. Interment will be in Crosses Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors are: Wife: Vicky Mercer, Daughters: Brandy Nicole Mercer, Whitney Marie Randolph, Mother: Frances Mercer, Sister: Kim Mayfield, Brother: Joel Mercer, Grandchildren: Conner Schultz, Marissa Mercer, Caleb Randolph and Chloe Randolph.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Moss Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
