Janette W. Johnson

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Amuel Johnson, their infant twin daughters Mary and Martha, her parents Ed and Mantie Willcutt, infant brother Billy and sisters Jean Copeland and Wavalue Murray.

Janette and Amuel farmed, ran a country store in the Trimble community and raised a family together. Jeanette was a hard working woman, and a lifelong member of Church of Christ, Prospect. Though her terminal medical condition kept her housebound for the last several years and no longer able to attend services, she kept her faith.

Surviving children are Carol (Steve) Gaynor, Jerry (Elaine) Johnson and Sharon (Kevin) Medland. These , along with her five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and caregivers brought her much joy and comfort throughout the years.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Church of Christ , Prospect in Logan, the Rev. Kent Persall officiating. Mrs. Johnson will Lie-in-State from 1:00 p.m. until service time, with internment in the adjoining church cemetery.
