Jerry Phillips

Mr. Phillips worked in construction, also for Hale and Black Farms before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Shirley Phillips; Brothers: Jeff and Carl Phillips; step-father, Jr. McBrayer; step-sister, Sybee Tyson; and step-brother, Jerry McBrayer all of Cullman; father-in-law, Robert Vetter; and Brother-in-law, Dan Vetter of Pekin, Ill.

Surviving is his wife, Connie Vetter Phillips; Grandsons: Robert J. Gardner and Seth P. Gardner who resides with them; Daughters: Mandy (P.J.) Nickels; Philadelphia, MS.; Brenda (John)Buley; Pekin, Ill.; Sons: Robert N. Gardner, Cullman; Mike (Karen)Gardner, Ted (Shelly) Gardner; Pekin, Ill.; Sisters, Kathy (Danny) Boatrite, Cullman; Sharon (Jerry) Hamm, Martha (Ricky) Hamm, Lagrange, GA.; Brothers: Odel (Bernice) Phillips, Wayne (Sheila) Phillips, Bobby Joe (Reba) Phillips, Jimmy (Oleta) Phillips; Step-sister, Patty Brown; Step-brothers: Dale (Caroline) McBrayer, Mark (Teresa) McBrayer all of Cullman. Mother-in-law, Carol Vetter McCabe; Pekin, Ill. Brothers-in-law, David (Kathy) Vetter, Pekin, Ill. And Roger (Janet) Vetter of Baylis, Ill. 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, February 26, 2016 at Moss Service Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Moss Service Funeral Home with burial to follow at Antioch Missionary Church Cemetery, Count Road 1659 Cullman.
